Grocholski Stanisław (ur. 1858 Żołynia near. Łańcut, zm. 1932 Buffalo (USA)).
He studied in 1877-80 in the Krakow SSP with W.. Łuszczkiewicz and J. Matejko, at the Viennese Academy with C.. Wurzinger and in Paris with L.. Bonnata, and at the Academy of Munich with A.. Wagner. He lived in Munich 20 lat. W 1901 moved to the USA. He painted portraits, genre images (especially keen from the village of Hutsul and Jewish folklore), religious (m.in. to Polish churches in the USA).
