Josie Portillo - LA based illustrator
Josie Portillo is an illustrator originally from and living in Los Angeles. It is not permanently associated with any magazine, or a publishing house. Works on request. W 2009 r. graduated from the Art Center College of Design in LA, where she specialized in illustration for the entertainment arts. Her works are a combination of Photoshop and ink, gouache and children's illustration.
