Leopolski Wilhelm

Leopolski Wilhelm (Leopoldski, Postel de Leopolski) (ur. 1826 Drohobycz, zm. 1892 Vienna).
W 1853-56 i 1858-59 studied painting with W.. K. Stattler and W.. Łuszczkiewicz at the SSP in Krakow, w 1860 at the Academy in Vienna with Ch. Rubena. After return to Poland (1862) he lived in Brody, Krakow, and from 1866 in Lviv. He completed his studies in 1874-75 at the Academy of Munich with A.. Wagner. Ok. 1878 he moved to Vienna. He was the creator of portraits, genre scenes, historical and landscapes.
